Technically, Indians are Asian too. So this Beautiful Asian – Indian wedding of Mr. Teh and Miss Anbalagi and these unions are nothing new. In fact they are quite common all over the globe. I met one such couple at my children’s pediatrician’s office. The man was from India and his wife was Chinese. We had newborns and enjoyed watching the children grow into toddlers and preschoolers. I loved looking at these fabulous photos of JyTeh and Anbalagi.

From the first day Jeremy and I met, we felt the connection.
Miss Zendaya Maree Stromer, better know as Zendaya, is a household name for anyone living with young teens, twenty- something girl’s and, I myself am thirty-four and even I follow her! Zendaya is most recognizable from Disney’s 2009 show Shake It Up when she portrayed the character Rocky Blue, a recording artist and also, an increasingly familiar face that’s synonymous with young girl’s and, the Disney brand alike. If you’re aware of trending news you will also recall Zendaya from media controversy about her biracial black and white mixed identity.
Walking down the aisle, between my two mothers – Rose, the woman who’d given birth to me, and Renee Loux who’d adopted me, I couldn’t have been happier. My identical twin sister Teyolla, Tee for short, and I had talked about this day from as early as I could remember. My only sadness was that Tee, 20, couldn’t watch me get married, because she was waiting outside the door, preparing to get hitched herself.
Both Fawn Stone and Lakesha Yvette Walker were featured as singles on Interracial Marriage and Family, formerly Swirling and Marriage. I have not been single for quite some time but as a dating and life coach understand that it is quite hard out there for women everywhere to find love. Throw in beautiful, successful and accomplished black women, the odds rise even higher. I had lunch with Fawn and Lakesha in the summer and am still blown over in amazement as to why these young, sexy, gorgeous women at their age and in their respective professions were still single. I encouraged them, strategized and discussed a game plan for each. That game plan included swirling for these smart, hot, gorgeous women. Half the battle is won as they are very much open to interracial relationships. Neither Fawn nor Lakesha have limited themselves to dating black men only, but are inclusive of love in whatever skin shade they find it. That is a very good thing!
