I am pleased to introduce a new blog called: Are Those Your Kids? Raising Biracial Kids In Today’s World.  I was recently contacted by new blog owner Diedre Anthony.   Her column is dedicated to raising biracial children.  Here is an excerpt from this blog that has the potential to be a go to source for those raising biracial children.

“I’m the oldest of 4 children and the only girl. With all the testosterone in my household, I thought I would have a boy first, and I thought that I would have a heads up on parenthood. Well, I was wrong. I have 2 little girls and babysitting is NOTHING like parenthood.

Motherhood is everything I thought it would be. And so much more. They scream and squeal. They pull hair. They smile and bat their eyelashes. They cry. They apologize. They teach me about myself. They are mirrors that reflect the good and the bad. They are comedians!”

Check it out!
